Just complete the form below and upload any images you want to include. The featured image should be landscape/horizontal format. Any additional images can be either portrait or landscape.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Your tribute submission will be reviewed and may be edited to meet editorial standards.
  2. Your tribute will be formatted to include the pictures you submit.
  3. Any text or pictures you submit must be owned by you or you have permission to use them and we will not be responsible for any copyright violations.
  4. Once your tribute has been reviewed you will be notified of its acceptance or rejection and we reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet our editorial standards or are inappropriate for this website.
  5. You will be notified by email when your tribute has been published and it will include a link to your published tribute.

We do not charge for posting your tribute but we do appreciate donations to support the operation of this website and the time needed to edit/format your tribute.
